TRAVEL BASKETBALL PROGRAM IN NORTHEAST OHIO
Coach Alex Conn comes to LTB from Strongsville, Ohio. He is currently the Lutheran West JV Coach and Varsity Assistant. He helped the program capture the 2026 District Runner-Up Title, while also achieving the best Lutheran West women's record since 2018. This year's squad was also the 4th women's team since 1995 to make a district title game. As the JV Head Coach this season, he established a solid 13-6 record. Alex's focus is to create an environment where athletes feels safe to fail so that they are comfortable to really push themselves. He always want his athletes to feel seen and heard so they feel enabled to step in to leadership roles. Coach Conn come from a skills training background where he always focuses on fundamentals, confidence building, and basketball IQ. He is also a former ABA semi pro player, and has four (4) years of experience with personal skills training at the youth, middle school, high school, college, and professional level.
